  call 1-800-796-CCTV (2288) and select Option 3 for Customer Service.

Customer Service can assist you in a variety of ways:
	Place orders or look up stock if customer knows the part number
	Obtain RAC (Return Authorization for Credit) or RMA (Return Material Authorization) for defective materials
	Check status of POs or RMAs
	Track shipped product and provide ETAs
	Register or license product
	Advance replacement or loaner program
