Honeywell provides a complete family of mounts and adapters for ACUIX™ and ACUIX ES
PTZ domes, offering affordability and hassle-free installation and maintenance without
sacrificing performance.
The HDXWM2 and HDVWM1 wall mounts are constructed of high-tensile aluminum and
can be mounted directly to a vertical load-bearing surface. They can support a maximum
load of 25.8 lb (11.7 kg). The HDXWM2 has a covered weatherproof cable access hole and
can be corner or pole mounted using the HDXCMA1 corner mount adapter or the
HDXPMA2 pole mount adapter. The HDVWM1 wall mount is for internal use only.
The HDPRM2 parapet and flat-roof mount has a unique rotating 1.5″ NPT threaded
mounting nut that allows the dome to be installed without twisting the dome and wiring. The
dome can be swiveled toward the roof for convenient rooftop servicing and adjustment. The
HDPRM2 is constructed of heavy-duty steel for maximum strength and durability. It can be
mounted to a roof parapet or to a flat roof surface and can support a maximum load of 20 lb
(9.1 kg). When properly fastened to a support structure, the HDPRM2 can withstand winds
up to 75 mph (121 km/h).
The HDCM1 ceiling pendant mount is constructed of high-tensile aluminum and can be
mounted directly to a horizontal load-bearing surface. It too offers a rotating 1.5″ NPT
threaded mounting nut that allows the dome to be installed without twisting the dome and
wiring. The HDCM1 can support a maximum load of 25.8 lb (11.7 kg).
Market Opportunities
Due to the wide range of mounting options available, ACUIX PTZ domes are suitable for
most indoor and outdoor installations. Single dome coverage for both the front and side
areas of a building or parking lot is possible using the corner mount adapter. The pole mount
adapter ensures hassle-free installation on tall poles, such as in traffic monitoring and marine
