 Insert Text into Video Surveillance

To enhance surveillance capability at ATM
sites, the 5232MP Text Inserter is used to insert text onto video images for
recording by DVRs or VCRs.
The device's software automatically detects RS-232 serial communications
protocols, bit rates and parity, and auto configures the required interface. The
5232MP's auto-configuration capability saves time by eliminating errors
associated with manual configuration.
Two rear-panel DB25 connectors provide
hare-wired connections to either a DTE or DCE device. Separate in/out connectors
provide loop-through connections.
Simple On-Screen Programming for Network Set-up and Alarm Configuration
Programming options are available via user friendly menus, displayed
on-screen in easy-to-read text.
Programming options for text insertion display include time/date
information and format, text color, text display dwell time, and text position
in the picture. Up to 12 lines with a maximum of 24 characters each are allowed,
including: combinations of upper and lower case letters, numerals, punctuation,
and symbols. |
