The HRDV is a complete integrated digital video management system
combining a digital recorder, multiplexer, text inserter, video motion detector
and remote video transmission system. With features like simultaneous time-lapse
and event recording, jog shuttle, and front panel controls, the HRDV is as easy
to operate as a VCR, yet provides secure, high resolution video and audio. Video
is stored on up to 1.6 Terabyte internal hard drives for safe-keeping. CD-RW and
removable hard drive options allow for easy evidence video retrieval and
preservation. Standard operation allows for reviewing live or recorded video
without stopping recording.
Respond quickly to critical events with the instant video playback
feature and the simultaneous multi-screen viewing and spot monitor video output.
Camera homing upon alarm condition automatically switches the monitor output to
the right camera where the alarm was triggered. Automated system reports make
locating desired motion, text, and event fast and easy. Flexible access options
allow for local access through the front panel controls or remotely using Remote
Access Software (RAS). Three simultaneous RAS users can access the HRDV to
remotely view live or recorded video, control Pan, Tilt, Zoom (PTZ) Domes,
change system configuration, or update HRDV firmware without a site visit. RAS
supports live audio and audio playback after event download and either a dial-up
or network connection. RAS installs on Windows® based PCs in just minutes. An
automatic site polling mechanism verifies site operational status.
